We're a small team building foundation models for firefighters, combat medics, hazmat teams, and search-and-rescue crews — environments where mistakes cost more than money. We hire researchers, engineers, and operators with a track record of finishing things.

Ideas are cheap. We want people with a track record of seeing projects through — shipped papers, deployed systems, real hardware that worked.
