Compensation
Market-rate base + meaningful equity (typical grants 0.5–3% depending on role and timing). Cap table shared on day one. Full benefits include a $10k home-office & setup stipend, $2k/year hardware allowance, conference travel covered, 100% health coverage, three weeks minimum PTO, and a four-week sabbatical every four years.
How we work
Fully remote with core hours Monday through Thursday, 9am–7pm. Friday is a think day (10am–6pm). Saturday is off, always. Sunday is an optional breakfast on the company. Read the full culture page.
